| A few things you should know about me... | | Pure and simple, I think buying a house should be fun. I realize the process can be daunting, especially if you’re a first-time buyer or new to a city. I also understand that it is serious business and one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. That's why it is smart to work with an agent who lives and works in the area and is informed and up-to-the minute on current market conditions. In Atlanta, that would be me. When I got licensed back in 2003, I had an instructor in real estate school who believed that showing too many houses to a buyer changed our role from agent to tour guide and made that seem like a bad thing. I questioned his perspective then and I wholeheartedly disagree with it now. It takes as long as it takes to find the neighborhood and house that is right for you and I am there every step of the way with my clients. I was born and raised in Atlanta so I know this city and surrounds. And I believe in exploring all the possibilities so you can make the most informed decision about one of the most important choices of your life. Your home. Selling a home can be equally as overwhelming - perhaps even more so because your home is an extension of you, your life and your love. Although it is business, it can be difficult to remove emotion from the process and I understand. I had a client ask me recently, “Did you know that not only are you my real estate agent, you’re also my therapist?” Clearly she was kidding, but I understood and appreciated her comment. I listen, I care and I will work with you in all ways possible to make the selling process less stressful. Buying or selling real estate means change and I would love to hear more about the transitions happening in your life and how we can work together to reach your goals. Contact me today >> |

| Here's what people are saying... | | A few words about the AMAZING Jane Tapp... Fun, sparkling and patient are the first words that I think of when I think of Jane. If she hasn't mentioned the Kelly's to her clients - she will. This brave took on these indecisive clients and looked at approximately 140 houses. Yes, that's no typo, people: 140. She advised us, she laughed with us and she was there if something didn't turn out as expected. With every house that wasn't the one or when a contract wasn't accepted or we were down in the dumps, she always was positive and upbeat saying "it wasn't meant to be. The right one is coming." And it did. We found the perfect house. And we all knew it (despite the blue formica countertops in the kitchen!) Because of Jane's patience, expertise and doggone determination, I live in the most awesome house in Atlanta. Hell, the best house in the world! Every day, every time I drive up my drive way I think "damn, I live here." We love our house. And because of Jane we get to live here.!— WE LOVE YOU!! -Chris, Heather, Ava and Maggie K., Oak Grove
I highly recommend Jane, her advice was always right on target, she went over and above my expectation. Her knowledge is outstanding and helped sell our house very quickly. You cannot go wrong with Jane! — Renee B., Briarmoor Manor
If you are seeking a great realtor to assist you in achieving the ultimate living experience in Atlanta, there is no one I could recommend more highly than Jane Tapp. I arrived in Atlanta totally ignorant, not only of the city but just what type of living arrangement I was seeking there to establish a second residence. First, Jane is an Atlanta native (a status few currently can claim). Secondly, she readily accepted my clueless state concerning both the city and what I was seeking. She provided me an excellent introduction to the city’s various neighborhoods and the variety of properties I would find there. I have found not only a premiere realtor, but have made a stellar friend. Give her a try and you will not be disappointed. She works with integrity and diligently labors to ensure you are satisfied. — Frank L., Berkeley Park
Our family moved from Phoenix to Atlanta in December 2004. Jane took the time to learn who we were so that she could help us find the house and the neighborhood that would best suit us. Jane went above and beyond all expectations in trying to make sure we were taken care of. Working with Jane, we felt as though we not only had a dedicated professional watching out for our interests, but a friend in our corner. — Paul & Heather J., Decatur
Jane is the absolute best in the business. Honest, fun to be with, won't pressure you into anything, and knows the market. I rarely recommend people, but can say with absolute certainty, you won't be sorry if you call Jane Tapp. — Margie A., Oakhurst |
